Our transparent and straightforward fees are designed to suit a range of business values. 

Our focus is on a successful sale and we do not ask for sole agency - this reflects our confidence in achieving a positive result for the sale of your business.

The retainer fee is paid upfront and is a one-off payment with no time limit - we will continue to promote the sale of the business until sold. A fee is then charged (based on the sale price) only once the sale of the business is completed.

    Percentage of Sale Price: 5%
